Do I need a 20% down payment?

No.  Sometimes a larger down-payment will provide better terms (especially in Jumbo products), but for most VA, FHA, and conventional products, the 20% down payment is a myth.  We will help you run the numbers to find out what works best for your unique situation.


How fast can you close?

Typically within 30 days.  We know that in today's competitive purchase market, a quick clear to close is key for sellers.  We provide real-time updates to our clients and their real estate agents throughout the process to make sure we meet the most aggressive closing timelines.


Can I get a pre-approval?

Absolutely! Send us an email or text to get started.  We can typically turn a pre-approval the same day as long as all documents are provided. 


Don't I need to use a "local" lender?

No!
